		<description>I agree.  The problem is that we humans are so, so complicated creatures.  Many of us seem to be in virtual minimum security prisons with walls made up of one part genes and one part lifestyle (whatever that is).  Why some people can &quot;break out&quot; despite the obstacles and others remain clueless is one of the greatest medical challenges today.</description>

		<description>How do I decide what to write about?  Interesting question.  Actually, I am pretty miuch a &quot;free spirit&quot; and write about what seems interesting and important at the time and something I know enough about to provide useful information for whomever might be interested.  At the moment I&#039;m a bit obsessed with the very messy U.S. health care system and I need to leave all of that stuff alone for a while (I have presented a plan that I believe can fix the mess) and focus on other areas of interest.</description>
